Hi There!

In the realm of our shared enthusiasm for extracurricular activities, our pivotal question emerges:
Do we possess adept instructors to guide us in our adored hobbies?

If you’re thinking, hold on!

I might have something in-store for you to explore!

Beyond expectations: A Versatile Solution For All Ages

My first phase of research highlights my focused exploration on the significance of extracurricular activities. Beginning with an investigation into the reasons behind non-participation, I probed into the demographics struggling to find instructors for their preferred activities, while also analysing market competitors. Initially conceived to assist parents struggling to find instructors and keep their children engaged, the project took an unexpected turn. The intriguing revelation unfolded that the app appeals universally, becoming a go to platform for individuals of all ages seeking engaging activities.

Insights gained from preliminary research

  • #1

While close to 50% of people are willing to pay a higher price for better quality instructors, the remaining 50% of people are willing to pay a reasonable price that is worth the service provided to them.

  • #2

Currently, almost all of them depend upon reliable sources like friends/relatives for information regarding instructors because of safety related concerns

  • #3

Nearly all of them prefer having a smooth and hassle-free experience with the help of an app or a website rather than doing the trial and error method.

The highlighted recommendations include implementing a progress bar for a seamless onboarding process, personalised sections, and measures to prevent user attention loss.

Brand Platform

In shaping my brand, I aimed to encapsulate a harmonious blend of growth and positive emotions. Additionally, I chose vibrant touches of Orange to infuse the brand with energy, enthusiasm and creativity. The dynamic color signifies positivity and determination, embodying the spirit of innovation and adventure.

Overall, my brand is a visual representation of these elements, offering a safe space that nurtures creativity, fosters growth and invites every individual to experience a sense of tranquility and positivity.

My Journey :)

I am extremely happy to have conceptualized and developed HobbyMingle,
a groundbreaking platform designed to connect individuals passionate about extracurriculars with skilled instructors in the city. Through careful planning and execution, HobbyMingle has evolved so beautifully.

A journey that began with in-depth market research to identify the demand for a platform like this, as well as to understand preferences and pain-points of both enthusiasts and instructors. With a clear understanding of my target audience, the process continued to become easier yet interesting and I was finally able to bring my product to life today.
